Call Out Service – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, you can reach Brazos Fasteners, and our callout team will get you the fasteners you need.
Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) – VMI is a service we can provide where a member of our team will visit your site or warehouse, take inventory of the fasteners you have, and maintain your designated inventory levels. The VMI team at Brazos Fasteners is dedicated to ensuring that your bolt bins are consistently stocked so your warehouse never stops moving.
Labeling – Every order from us is meticulously packaged and labeled. Our standard labels contain the quantity and size of each item, the customer purchase order number, and the customer’s address. We can also customize labels to contain specific notes or tags if required.
Custom Packaging or Kitting – Do you need your order packaged in specific quantities? Certain items boxed together and tagged with your specified job number or valve designation? We can customize your order to maximize your project’s efficiency.
Specialty Bolting – At Brazos Fasteners, we offer custom bolts manufactured and machined by industry leaders to meet your project’s specific requirements.
Plating/Coating – Brazos Fasteners offers plating or coating services to extend the useful life of your fasteners. our services include but are not limited to Teflon coating, hot-dipped galvanizing, mechanical galvanizing, zinc plating, yellow zinc plating, clear cadmium plating, and yellow cadmium plating.
Gasket Cutting – Brazos Fasteners carries various types of gasket sheet material to cut and get you the gasket you need in as little amount of time as possible.
Bolt Cutting/Drilling – At Brazos Fasteners, we can cut bolts or threaded rods to custom lengths in-house. We can also have custom bolts cut or drilled through one of our many partners in manufacturing.
Customer Service – At Brazos Fasteners, we prioritize customer service by promptly responding, paying close attention to detail, and providing clear and realistic lead times for your materials.
